__    Applications due as soon as possible.  Early application can be to your advantage. 

__    Deposit of $200 due January 15 to reserve your spot.  Earlier deposits can be to your advantage.
       Note: Because of flight and hotel charges, this $200 deposit is not refundable after March 9.

__    $1500    Payment due March 12, 2010

__    $1790    Payment due  April 9, 2010

      Total   $3490*       

Note: These payments should be made on or before the dates listed.  A tuition charge of about $390 will appear on your student billing as a charge from the college. 

These fees include airfare from Minneapolis to Rome and Munich to Minneapolis; lodging in Rome, Assisi, Florence and Munich; dinners with the group (4 or more as the budget allows); museum entrances and city guides in Rome, Florence, and Munich; bicycle trip in Munich; Bavarian dinner evening in Munich.
